Kathryn Pol ISHP

Strategic Account Director

After beginning her hospitality career as an interior designer in 1990, Ms. Pol joined Benjamin West in 1996 as a Project Manager and was promoted to a Project Director in September 2000. As an experienced professional in both the design and purchasing disciplines, Ms. Pol’s projects are marked by her ability to analyze FF&E from an aesthetic and technical perspective, resulting in superior FF&E solutions and the creation of unique values. Ms. Pol was promoted to Strategic Account Director in November 2007.

Ms. Pol graduated with honors from the Colorado Institute of Art, in 1992, with an associate degree in interior design. Her experience includes residential, commercial, hospitality, and model home design, purchasing, coordination and installation.

Since joining Benjamin West, she has applied her project management skills to a number of projects, including extensive experience with all of the Marriott brands. Her project experience has developed relationships with well-known firms such as Host Hotels & Resorts, Creative Resource Associates, Cole Martinez Curtis, Sage Hospitality, M.A. Mortenson, Ritz Carlton, Marriott International, Starwood Hotels, and Hilton Hotels Corporation.

Ms. Pol is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Purchasers (ISHP).
