Jennifer Root, ISHP

Strategic Account Manager

Jennifer Root joined Benjamin West as a Project Manager in December 2004. She began her career in the hospitality industry as an interior designer with HVScompass. Her responsibilities with HVScompass included space planning, selecting FF&E items, specification writing, bidding, and preliminary budget creation. Ms. Root’s experience as an interior designer allows her to uniquely analyze projects in their entirety and develop creative solutions for her clients. In February 2007, Ms. Root was promoted to a project director and in 2008 to Strategic Account Manager.

Ms. Root graduated Summa Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Interior Design. Ms. Root is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Purchasers (ISHP).
