Kevin J. Fitzgerald

Director of Operations

Kevin Fitzgerald joined the Benjamin West team in October of 2007 as the Director of Operations. With over seven years of hospitality industry experience, he brings extensive knowledge in program development and management.

Kevin has held various roles at American Hotel Register Company, a leading OS&E provider in North America. Most recently as National Account Manager / Business Development, Kevin was instrumental in the evaluation and restructuring of several key accounts to maximize account effectiveness. Kevin played an instrumental roll in the development of several company initiatives including: Compliance Assessment, Web-based Openings / Renovations template and Room in a box.

Mr. Fitzgerald earned his Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Elmhurst College. He completed under graduate studies in business and computer science at Western Illinois University.
