Steven Angelier

Chief Financial Officer

Steven P. Angelier joined Benjamin West as Chief Financial Officer in April, 2008. Steven reports directly to the President of Benjamin West, overseeing the Controllership, Operations, Treasury, Tax, Information Systems and Human Resource teams.

Before joining Benjamin West, Steven demonstrated his leadership ability in various CFO roles at General Electric. At GE, Steven oversaw $2 billion in assets and focused primarily on the incubation of new acquisitions within the company. He also collaborated with business general managers to develop strategic plans, driving senior leaders to execute on these strategies and guiding the supporting finance functions.

Prior to his time at GE, Steven worked at Qwest Communications International based out of Denver, CO. Here he participated in new revenue stream developments, service offering, pricing and the management of new business proposals. He performed cost estimation and cost modeling activities for $1 billion in wholesale products. Steven managed portfolio profitability by negotiating contract renewals and RFPs while at the same time enhancing customer relationships.

Steven’s expertise covers many fields including Strategic Focus, Financial Leadership, P&L Management, Revenue and Bottom-line Improvements, Cost Containment Strategies, Financial Analysis and Modeling, Budget Development, Financial Forecasting, Controllership Activities, Six Sigma, Team Leadership and Hiring and Training Staff.

Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
