David Westrick joined the team at Benjamin West in November 2004 as Project Manager. In November 2006, he was promoted to Project Director.
David brings 26 years experience in the Hospitality Industry. He has worked in operations for both Winegardner & Hammons and American General Hospitality. In 1995, he joined Bristol Hotels & Resorts at their corporate headquarters in Dallas. He and his staff were responsible for the installation and management of the property based systems for 120 hotels. In addition, he managed the capital expenses of the information technology budgets.
Prior to Benjamin West, David served as Director of Purchasing for United Commercial Services, Inc., a general contractor specializing in the Hospitality Industry. He was responsible for purchasing of construction items and equipment as well as the FF&E and capital projects for clients. With his experience in Information Technology, he also assisted in the selection, purchasing, and installation of Property Management Systems.
David is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University.
Since joining Benjamin West David has worked on over 25 projects including 3 Omni, 3 Wyndham, 2 W Hotel locations. His recent completed projects include Omni Parker House-Boston, MA, Westin-Pasadena, CA, and Wyndham Grand-Charleston,SC.
