Sarah Churchill

Sarah Churchill joined Benjamin West in February 2020, and leads the Business Development team. Sarah has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, having directly managed over $100M of FF&E procurement. Sarah started her career as an FF&E Project Coordinator, then was promoted into the positions of Project Manager and Senior Project Manager at two prior procurement firms, where she was responsible for the completion of numerous 4-and-5-star luxury hotel
and resort properties.

As Director of Business Development, Sarah travels throughout the country, providing consulting to owners, asset managers, project managers, and other industry stakeholders in establishing key budget and schedule metrics for millions of dollars of CapEx investments.
Sarah has been published in The Wall Street Journal, Hotel Investment Today, and Hotel News Now/CoStar. Her speaking engagements include the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference, ULI Hotel Development Council, and HD Expo.

Sarah is an Associate Member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and received the 2023 ISHC Lori Raleigh Award for Emerging Excellence in Hospitality Consulting. Sarah currently serves on the NEWH Rocky Mountain Chapter board as Executive Advisor, and previously served on the board as President.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with honors from East Carolina University.
