Erica Colegrove, Project Director and Team Leader. Erica joined Benjamin West in January 2011 as a Project Coordinator, was promoted to Project Manager in June 2012, promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2016, and promoted to Project Direct/Team Leader in 2019. Erica’s three years of experience as an interior designer in Chicago has been invaluable for her understanding of a project from both the purchasing and the design side. Erica understands the importance of strong communication and transparency between all parties involved in order to insure a smooth process and have project dates met. Erica’s ability to manage multiple tasks and project timelines makes her a valuable asset to the Benjamin West team. Erica’s education background includes a B.A. in Interior Design from The Art Center Design College in Tucson, AZ and B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA.
