Jaelee McCleland

Jaelee McCleland joined Benjamin West in March 2026 as the Business Development Coordinator. A graduate of the University of Oregon, Jaelee earned a Bachelor of Science in Data Science with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Mathematics. Through roles spanning customer service, sales, and marketing, she developed a strong foundation in relationship building, communication, and problem-solving

 

In her role at Benjamin West, Jaelee leverages her analytical expertise and strategic mindset to support the firm's business development initiatives. She contributes to growth efforts through proposal development, lead management, and the execution of quarterly newsletters and marketing campaigns. In addition, she helps coordinate the company's annual charity fundraising event, fostering collaboration and community involvement. Her attention to detail, data-driven approach, and commitment to business success make her a valuable contributor to the Benjamin West Team.
