Katie Sheridan joined Benjamin West in June 2022 as a Project Director based out of the Boulder office, and has 30+years of experience in hospitality purchasing. Katie previously worked for Becwood Purchasing in the Washington D.C. area as Director of Purchasing, and prior to that was with CMA Purchasing after having spent more than 29 years at Marriott International. As a procurement professional at Marriott, Katie managed high-profile projects involving FF&E for custom new-build, renovations and conversion projects, coordinating all contracts and processes to ensure on-time delivery and installation for hotel openings.

Based on her long-tenure and successful career in the hospitality industry, Katie brings extensive experience to Benjamin West with managing all aspects of hospitality project procurement, which include: strategic planning, contract negotiations, vendor relationships, inventory planning & management, quality assurance, bid analysis, supplier sourcing, client relationships, value engineering, automated management systems, cost avoidance, logistics & transportation and scheduling.
